You can purchase the product at the price displayed on this website.

In addition to the product price, a separate shipping fee (600 yen nationwide) will be required.

*10% consumption tax will be added at the end of the order page.

*Free shipping for orders over 11,000 yen (tax included).

About delivery and delivery date

Regarding delivery

We will ship your order using a shipping method that suits the size and quantity of the items you ordered.

・Parts, small items → Postage by post (Yamato Transport: Nekoposu, or Japan Post: Letter Pack)

・Many small items → Courier service (face-to-face pickup: Yamato Transport: Takkyubin Compact)

・Backpacks etc. → Courier service (in-person pickup: Yamato Transport: Takkyubin)

* Please note that if the product is returned due to an unknown address, incorrect address, or incorrect postal code, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for re-shipping.

After you place an order, we will count the delivery date from the day we send you the email. Please note that if you place an order on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the delivery date will be counted from the next business day. Also, if you order items with different delivery dates at the same time, the items will be shipped according to the longer delivery date.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

About returns and exchanges

We will replace it if it is damaged, defective or misplaced due to our responsibility or delivery trouble. When you receive it, please check the product in advance before using it. If you find any problems, please let us know and return them by cash on delivery within 7 days of arrival. We will promptly replace it with a new one.

* Since all "OGA WAND" original products are handmade, there may be individual differences in seams and specifications. In addition, please note that in principle, we cannot accept replacements or returns of products that have already been used.

In the case of an order error or a return due to the customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for the "round-trip shipping fee" and "10% of the total product price" as the packing fee and administrative fee.
