You can purchase at the product price (including 10% consumption tax) displayed on this site. In addition to the product price, a separate shipping fee (600 yen nationwide) is required.

<About order confirmation>

We will always reply to the "order confirmation email" to the customer who placed the order. If the security of the reply destination address is set high, there are cases where it is sorted by the junk mail filter or reception is rejected. If you do not receive the reply email from us, please contact us by another address or let us know by direct message of each SNS (Twitter, Facebook, instagram).

About delivery date and delivery

<Delivery date>

We will start counting from that day with the "Order Confirmation Email" sent from here. Please note that if you place an order on a holiday such as Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it will be counted from the next business day. Also, please note that if you order products with different delivery dates at the same time, they will be shipped according to the longer delivery date.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
About returns and exchanges

We will replace it if it is damaged, defective or misplaced due to our responsibility or delivery trouble. When you receive it, please check the product in advance before using it. If you find any problems, please let us know and return them by cash on delivery within 7 days of arrival. We will promptly replace it with a new one.

* Since all "OGA WAND" original products are handmade, there may be individual differences in seams and specifications. In addition, please note that in principle, we cannot accept replacements or returns of products that have already been used.

In the case of an order error or a return due to the customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for the "round-trip shipping fee" and "10% of the total product price" as the packing fee and administrative fee.
