<About product care and repair>

To use the product in better condition for a long time, do not expose it to more UV rays than necessary. If it is very dirty, wash it with warm water or water with a neutral detergent, and keep it in a well-ventilated shade.

Please dry and store. We will repair any damage caused by use. Please feel free to contact us. If it is severely damaged, it may not be repairable. First of all, please contact us by e-mail with a picture of the state of the product attached. We will inform you of a rough estimate and delivery date.

  • Please tell me about the delivery date. Is it possible to accelerate the delivery date?
    Since the production volume of "OGAWAND" original products is limited, a certain period of production period (holidays are not counted) is required from ordering to delivery. Since the delivery date differs depending on the product, please be sure to check each page before ordering. In addition, the delivery date is constantly changing, so please place an order with plenty of days. Delivery will not be accelerated as it will be manufactured and shipped in the order in which the orders were received. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please be aware of this before ordering.
  • Please tell me about the size and fitting of the backpack.
    Details are explained on the "Packing and Fitting" page, but we may be able to give you some advice depending on your physique and taste. It will be easier to give advice if you let us know your height, weight, chest circumference, and any dissatisfaction with the backpack you are currently using.
  • Is it possible to customize the backpack?
    Yes. Is possible. Since the amount and delivery date will change depending on the content, we will manufacture it after letting us know your desired custom content.
