Whistle Chest Strap

 The whistle buckle can be used to signal others or to make a sound to avoid encountering bears or other dangerous animals in areas with poor visibility. It can be attached to the 20mm wide tape on the shoulder harness later. An OGAWAND name tag is attached to the left chest.
